The 'Renewal 2024' program offers you a unique opportunity to upgrade your old packaging equipment with new. Equipment eligible for withdrawal: industrial code printers, thermal label printers, labeling machines, pallet wrapping machines with stretch film, industrial scales, checkweighers, and robotic arms. The new equipment does not need to be the same as the one being replaced.
Theodorou Group participated in the 1st Automation & Robotics exhibition, on April 12-14, 2024, at the Athens Metropolitan Expo. We presented automation and robotics solutions for industry and logistics, such as automatic labeling and label application, robotic case packing and palletizing, automatic pallet wrapping with stretch film and labeling, connectivity solutions, MES, and traceability.
At Global Pack 2023 exhibition, we presented our company’s approach to achieving digital transformation through Industry 4.0 technologies. We showcased integrated robotic and automation systems designed for industrial applications, including product coding, labelling and handling, checkweighing, robotic case packing and palletizing, pallet labeling and wrapping, MES, traceability, etc.

THEODOROU GROUP, responding to SYNGENTA HELLAS SA company's needs, implemented the complete automation of all packaging processes for the seven production lines at SYNGENTA's factory in Greece, providing all the required mechanical equipment and participating as an integrator in the implementation of the full traceability project, which extends down to the item level (serialization & aggregation).
The Theodorou Group developed the Tracer Factory suite to address the need for real-time monitoring, control, and assurance of quality, productivity, and safety in factories. The Tracer Factory suite can be integrated with other information systems within the factory, but its primary capability is to connect and interact with a wide range of equipment on the production floor (shop floor).
The final segment of packaging lines (End-of-Line) is ideally suited for the application of new automation technologies (Connected Automation). The End-of-Line is the critical intersection point for primary packaging, supply chain, and operational information systems. The Theodorou Group has developed the MEL system, which provides a solution for automating the End-of-Line.
