The Theodorou Group, one of the top 80 industrial groups in Greece, has held a leading position since 1985 in providing comprehensive automation solutions and productivity enhancement for industrial packaging and the supply chain.
We offer innovative solutions designed to increase productivity, reduce costs, maximize product safety, and adapt to the financial and technical capabilities of our clients.
The Theodorou Group includes the following companies:
- THEODOROU AUTOMATION SAICT, focused on automation and Industry 4.0.
- ZENON AUTOMATION SAICT, specializing in industrial robotics.
- THEODOROU AUTOMATION CYPRUS LTD, representing the Theodorou Group in Cyprus.
Our headquarters are located in Paiania, Attica, Greece. Additionally, we have a presence in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan..
Beyond the countries mentioned, our products are exported to more than 10 other countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Complete acquisition of the ARCON GROUP OF COMPANIES and expansion of the Group into 9 new countries in Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

NEW COLORED LABELS FACTORY
New factory for the production of colored labels and expansion of the building facilities to 16,000 sqm.

Code of Ethics
With the Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct, we capture in a single document the commitments of Management towards employees and the required professional conduct of all our employees. The Code has been designed based on the business activities of each company in the group, the relevant legal framework, and professional conduct standards for the needs of conducting business operations.
The Code defines the daily operations and behavior of employees. Additionally, it serves as a manual of rules for acceptable behavior among employees and between employees and third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, public or private law, domestic or foreign, and applies to all employees regardless of their hierarchical level.
The Code applies to and binds both current and future employees. When the term group is used in this Code, it refers to the Theodorou Group of Companies, company or companies refers to the companies legally belonging to the Theodorou Group, and employees refer to all employees within the companies of the Theodorou Group.
