The company was looking for a comprehensive and flexible automation solution at the primary packaging stage, in terms of labeling its products, in order to meet the growing demands of its customers.
Theodorou Automations SA, a member of Theodoros Group, responding to this need and after technical analysis designed and implemented a complete and innovative labeling system that ensures increased productivity, reduced costs and fully meets the customer’s needs for flexibility and flexibility. packaging, in jars of different shapes and dimensions.
The delivered system ensures the automatic perimeter pasting of special transparent labels in cylindrical, oval or conical jars, at a rate and speeds of up to 120 packages per minute, with high pasting accuracy and excellent repeatability. The device can handle different jars in a wide range of sizes, while switching from code to code is done quickly, thus responding to the increasing demands of continuous production. In addition, the design has taken special care for the future upgrade of the machine by adding additional heads and modules, so that it can support new mounting needs that will be requested.
