Export Sales Manager (Ref: ESM0225MH)
The Theodorou Group, a leading company in robotics and industrial automation, is seeking to hire an Export Sales Manager for immediate employment based at its facilities in Paiania, Athens, Greece.
Purpose of the position
The Export Sales Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the Group's subsidiaries abroad, maximizing revenue from sales of existing solutions and products, as well as ensuring the healthy development of the companies as a whole.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the healthy development of the subsidiaries by implementing the Group’s strategy and policies, tailored to the specific characteristics of each country.
- Monitors and analyzes market trends and competitors' activities.
- Introduces new products and solutions of the Group, strengthens existing ones, and monitors and develops their sales.
- Creates the appropriate action teams within the subsidiaries or internally and is responsible for their coordination and monitoring.
- Takes initiatives for the continuous optimization of the subsidiaries' operations.
- Develops and maintains databases for the subsidiaries, creates and analyzes KPIs, and presents reports.
- Builds and manages relationships with international partners.
- Collaborates with other departments of the Group to optimize the performance of its operations.
Candidate profile:
- Degree in a technical field (ideally from a Polytechnic School).
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as an Export Manager.
- Decision-making ability and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of diversity and teamwork.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software and ERP.
- Excellent command of English, knowledge of another language, e.g. Russian, Czech, or Hungarian, is desirable.
