QUALITY POLICY OF THEODOROU AUTOMATION SAICT
The management of the company is committed to the following quality policy, which represents THEODOROU AUTOMATION SAICT in its entirety:
Our policy aims to define how we will consistently and continuously meet the requirements of our customers.
The ultimate goal is to design, produce, and market products, and to technically support the customer by applying management practices that ensure customer satisfaction.
We will always comply with the applicable legislation concerning products, workplace safety, and the environmental impact of our products and operations.
We will maintain close cooperation with our customers and suppliers, with the goal of continuously improving the quality of our services.
We will encourage all employees to actively and creatively participate in the goal of continuously improving quality.
The company’s management is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure that it is not directly or indirectly involved in the following activities:

- Illegal logging and trade of illegal timber and forest products.
- Violation of human rights in the forestry sector.
- Destruction of natural habitats that are considered exceptional or of critical importance.
- Significant conversion of forests into plantations for non-forest use.
- Introduction of genetically modified organisms in the forestry sector.
- Violation of the fundamental conventions of the ILO, as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998, and the relevant national legislation.
- Violation of basic labor requirements as defined by applicable legislation and FSC-STD-40-004.
To achieve the above, we have established, operate, and continuously improve a Quality Management System (QMS) which will always comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. At the same time, the management is committed to the establishment, monitoring, and review of measurable quality objectives, which serve as the driving force for the continuous improvement of the established Quality Management System.
The Quality Management System is considered an essential tool for strengthening the company’s position due to:

- More efficient organization.
- The culture of quality that permeates the company.
The essence of the Quality Management System is the awareness by all that the stability of quality, its improvement, and the prevention of quality issues are the result of a series of processes that we follow and systematically control at each phase and as a whole.
All employees are aware of this Quality Policy and the management’s commitment to comply with the requirements derived from the Quality Policy and the ISO 9001:2015 standard itself.
