For this reason, it has invested and continues to invest in properly trained field technicians, supported with all necessary spare parts, as well as state-of-the-art information systems. Equally important is the organized back office that handles customer requests and monitors the progress of technical interventions, both in the field and in the workshops, as well as spare parts orders.
The technical support department consists of more than 40 field technicians staffing 7 technical support centers in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa, Crete, Alexandroupolis, and Cyprus.
Special emphasis is placed on proper equipment installation, customer operator training, preventive maintenance, and prompt response in case of emergencies.
The Theodorou Group also offers a range of maintenance agreements or technical support agreements designed to be adaptable to each customer’s specialized needs.
