Theodorou Group has recently completed the full acquisition of a group of companies with a long-standing and successful presence in 9 countries in Europe and Central Asia: Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia , Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
The acquired companies have a similar scope of activity to Theodorou Group (equipment, automation and consumables for industry and the supply chain) and in addition have experience in large recycling and green economy projects.
