The Open Days event, themed “The Development of Greek Industry and the Professions of the Future – The Role of New Technicians”, was successfully held on Thursday, April 10, and Friday, April 11, 2025. The event was organized by the Theodorou Group with the support of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and the General Secretariat for Vocational Training of Public SAEK (formerly Public IEK).

Our goal was to inform students - aspiring technicians - about the important role they will play in the development of Greek businesses within the industrial sector, the responsibilities of technical departments, and the skills required for the profession.

We welcomed over 50 students, who had the opportunity to learn about the vision, culture, and activities of the Theodorou Group and to explore the range of integrated solutions we offer our clients through videos and case studies.

Additionally, we presented to the students the technical professions of the future and the career and development opportunities available within our Group. The students were then given a tour of our facilities, where they saw our systems up close and received practical insight into the demands of the profession and the challenges they will be called to face.

At the end of the event, participants had the opportunity to speak with executives from the Theodorou Group, ask questions, share their concerns, and express their interest in learning and collaboration.

Representatives from SEV as well as SAEK Directors were also present at the Open Days.
